Circumplex Scales of Interpersonal Efficacy (CSIE)

Thank you for your interest in the Circumplex Scales of Interpersonal efficacy (CSIE). The CSIE is a 32-item (8-items per octant scale) inventory designed to complement other interpersonal circumplex measures by assessing confidence that one can engage in a variety of interpersonal behaviors.

Information about the CSIE's development, psychometric properties, and interpretation can be found in: Locke, K. D., & Sadler, P. (2007). Self-efficacy, values, and complementarity in dyadic interactions: Integrating interpersonal and social-cognitive theory. Personality and Social Psychology Bulletin, 33, 94-109. https://doi.org/10.1177/0146167206293375
