Circumplex Scales of Interpersonal Efficacy - Forms & Items

The CSIE was originally (back in the 1990s) administered on paper using 0-to-10 scales. But when administering the CSIE online it is generally more convenient and thus more common to use 0-to-4 scales. Therefore, I provide examples of both types of formats below.
